Responsibilities:

Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis.
Manage interns' schedules for deployment.
Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after-sales matters.
Good communication skills with customer service attitude.
Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers.
Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner.
Maintain service items inventory control.
Maintain proper records for billing purpose.
Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system
Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies, preferably with IT knowledge.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Words/Excel.
