IT Technician

•Full-time
SGD 2,000 - SGD 2,300 monthly

Responsibilities:

Liaise with the IT Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of site activities and resolve any operational issues.
Perform verification and check for any faults on IT peripherals at customer sites.
Maintain proper documentation of equipment status and their serial numbers.
Report discrepancies or damages in returned equipment.
Pack and prepare returned equipment for delivery back to the main office.
Ensure compliance with company IT security and data handling policies during all tasks.
Support logistics coordination, including arranging and assisting in transportation of equipment if required.
Supervise and guide part-timers and interns in daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

Nitec in Information Technology (or equivalent).
Candidates with basic IT hardware knowledge are welcome to apply.
Independent and meticulous.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users.
Willing to travel as working locations are based on deployment schedule (Possible all around Singapore).
